TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARICATURE ORDER 

  
 

 

Please read the following terms and conditions in pursuant to placing an order for caricature on this website.Once an order is placed, you are bind to these terms and conditions. 
  • Time of completion

For order of digital artwork,we need 5 working days to complete every order.For order of hardcopy artwork we will need 5 working days + a few more days for delivery.In case where an order needs to completed urgently,e.g in less than 5 working days,please add 30% additional charge on the total cost of order.As for less than 3 working days,there will be 50% additional charge on the cost
 
  • Price of Caricature Order
The price of caricature order on this website is as stated in the Caricature Price List. It will remain the same unless we at cariambo.com are doing a promotion or giving away special discount on the price, then the caricature price will be lower than the ones stated in the price list. We at cariambo.com reserve the right to change the price whenever we feel the need to at any time without any prior acknowledgement whatsoever on this website. 

 

  • Making an Order 
An order for a caricature will only be considered  confirmed once we at cariambo.com receive the required payment or deposit for such order. Payment shall be made via funds transfer online or bank-in at the local banks stated in this website
 
  • Revisions or corrections on visual of artwork

All artworks / caricatures produced by artist(s) are from the artist(s)’s’ perspective. Caricature is a representation, in which the subject’s distinctive features are deliberately exaggerated to produce a comic or grotesque effect. This means caricature is not a portrait. Under certain circumstances it may have limited similarity to the original subject. Any exaggeration made on the art itself is according to the artist’s style of drawing.

Any correction requested on the visual or preview of artwork shall be done  ONLY ONCE before the final artwork is produced. Once revised/corrected, any further request on correction of the visual of artwork shall not be entertained. Artist will work on the drawing based ONLY from the photo that the customer agreed he should work on. Any amendment requested to be made based from other / another photo shall be considered a new work and will be charged as a new order.Therefore for best result please provide photo that is good and clear  to be worked on.

 
  • Additional Charges
An additional charge of 30% from the original price shall be applied should there be any further changes required to be made on the FA (final artwork), or in other words, the completed order.
 
  • 25% Refund on Payment
 

If you are not satisfied with the FA of your caricature order and would like to cancel the order, we at cariambo.com will give a 25% refund to you from the initial downpayment or deposit that you have made.
